This student is at the center of a debate raging on social media after she exposed her boobs during a Culture Day event at the Rivers State University of Technology.
Apparently, the brief of participants was that they should dress to a theme in a way that depicts something authentic from their native cultures and this was supposed to represent a royal bride. But the photos have since gone viral online and commenters have been on her case since the event on Saturday.
